  1. Product Information
    1. We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting differences.
    2. Size measurements are provided in the size chart. Minor variations may occur due to manual measurement.
  3. Orders
    1. Once an order is placed, it will be processed based on the details provided at checkout.
    2. Please ensure your shipping address, contact information, and size selections are correct before confirming the order.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    1. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
    2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier availability.
    3. Any courier delays are outside our control, but we will provide tracking details once shipped.
  7. Returns & Exchange Policy
    1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
    2. Items must be:
      1. Unused
      2. Unwashed
      3. In original packaging with tags intact
    3. To start a return or exchange, the customer must send the product to the return address provided by us.
    4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or return. 
      Return Shipping Cost:
      1.  We offer free shipping on all orders but return/exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
      2. We do not provide reverse pickup services.
  9. Hygiene Policy 
    1. Due to hygiene and quality standards, used, worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  11. Non-Returnable Items
    1. Items purchased on sale or discount
    2. Customized or altered pieces (if applicable)
    3. Items showing any signs of wear
  13. Cancellations
    1. Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started.
    2. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
  15. Payments
    1. All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
    2. We do not offer Cash on Delivery unless specified on the checkout page.
  17. Legal
    1. All sales and disputes are governed under Telangana Jurisdictions.
    2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana.
