- In original packaging with tags intact
To request a return or exchange,
please contact us with your order number. We will share the return address where you need to send the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
we will process your exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Cost:
Return or exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.
We reserve the right to refuse returns
that do not meet the above conditions..
